Purchasing your products from Achill Knitwear couldn't be easier! First, browse our catalogue by using the navigation links on the left hand side of each page. Select items for your shopping cart by clicking on the 'Add to Cart' button next to each product. Make sure you specify the quantity (how many you want to buy), size (see size chart for international comparisons), color and style (where appropriate). You can continue adding items to your cart until you have selected all the products you wish to purchase. You can check the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the 'VIEW CART/CHECKOUT' link next to each product.

When you have finished adding items to your cart, click the 'VIEW CART/CHECKOUT' link to go to the checkout page. Confirm that the items displayed in your cart are the products you want to purchase (including quantity, size, colour, style details).

To order your products for payment offline, copy the order details as they appear in your cart (including product ID number, description, quantity ordered, colour, size and style details) and post, telephone or email these to Kieran Sweeney at Achill Knitwear. You must include your own contact details such as a valid email address or telephone number. Kieran Sweeney will contact you regarding the processing of your order.

To order your products for secure online payment from WorldPay, click on the 'Proceed to Checkout' button under your shopping cart details on your 'Shopping Cart' page. Checkout is a three step process:

Step 1: Select a delivery method and price
Step 2: Fill in your shipping address (delivery address) details
Step 3: Proceed to secure payment from WorldPay

You can select to pay in US dollars, UK pounds or Euros on the WorldPay payment page. Note that your credit card statement for this WorldPay purchase will read 'Kieran Sweeney t/as Stauntons'

We do not sell, rent, exchange or otherwise distribute customer details with any third parties. You will NOT receive any emails from third parties as a result of contacting Achillknitwear.com or placing an order inquiry with us.

Shipping Information

Delivery of goods ordered on Achill Knitwear.com is free of charge for surface mail to North America and the European Union (EU). This promotion applies to surface mail delivery only. Note that surface mail delivery to the U.S. will take a minimum of 10 days. We also offer two levels of express delivery: EMS Courier will usually take 5 days to the U.S., and costs EUR72 (approx. $105). The second level of express delivery is 'Priority'. This usually takes 7 days to the U.S. and costs EUR35 (approx. $51).

Returns & Refunds Policy

Achill Knitwear will refund or exchange any product bought via this Web site if it is returned - in a resaleable condition - within 28 days of purchase. The purchaser MUST bear the carriage costs of returning unwanted or unsuitable products. Cases in which goods have arrived in a damaged or imperfect condition will be dealt with on a individual basis. In cases of exchanging a product, Achill Knitwear will pay the carriage costs of delivery of the replacement product, BUT NOT the carrier costs incurred by the customer in returning the unwanted goods.
